Owner of this website

This website, marqab.ae, belongs to Francisco Javier Resola Medina, a sole trader established in Spain, who trades as MARQAB. You can write to us at francisco@marqab.ae or through the form on this website.

The owner is not registered in the Spanish Commercial Register (registration is optional for sole traders). The activity needs no prior administrative authorisation, is not carried out as a regulated profession, and the owner adheres to no code of conduct.

Service

MARQAB seals and time-stamps records (photos, videos, veterinary reports and documents) so that anyone can later check that a file existed on a given date and has not changed since. A seal does not prove the identity, health, parentage or value of any animal: these remain the responsibility of whoever issued each document, whose name appears with the record.

Our services are intended for professionals and organisations. If you contract as a private individual, or as a non-profit body acting outside a commercial activity, we will tell you so before contracting and give you the information and rights the law grants you.

Intellectual property

The design, texts, images and code of this website belong to Francisco Javier Resola Medina or are used under licence. All rights reserved. You may link to any page and use the verification pages to check records. The files our clients entrust to us remain the property of their owners.

Liability

The information on this website is general and may change. Verification pages show only what the owner of each record has authorised in writing. We are not responsible for the content of documents issued by third parties, even when they are sealed. Nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and courts

This website and its use are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute with professionals or organisations, the parties submit to the courts of Jaén (Spain). If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.

Languages

This notice is published in Spanish, English and Arabic. In case of doubt the Spanish version prevails, unless another version is more favourable to you.
